LED signs are available in a wide variety of formats. How do you determine the size will be more effective in your area? Imagine the disappointment and frustration that occurs when installing a new sign and it seems that the letters are too small for viewers to read? Or the lyrics are great, but there is no space enough in the display area of a complete message. While passersby see part of what you read. Understand distance reading height of characters, pixel matrix and the resolution (or tone) will help you make an informed decision.

From viewing distance is considered the main factor determining the size LED signs that you need. To summarize, KC McCay, a senior product manager of the national distributor LED sign, said: "I'd make a great recommendation ... The most important thing that people are not understanding the letters, lines and the number of letters per line. The main objective is to get the messages. One or two lines of 8 characters per line is not enough. A minimum of 3 lines of size the most appropriate point ... with a minimum of 14 characters per line. Finally, do not neglect the resolution also called Paso, to determine the best type of LED signal for location. The resolution is the sharpness and clarity the displayed image, and is a factor that will greatly affect the price signal. High resolution means diodes over the circuits, which generally means that a higher cost. The total resolution of a sign is determined by the Pitch: The measure between the pixels. A pixel can be composed of a single diode or a combination of many diodes running the same circuit. In this case, the distance between the center of a diode in the center of another diode (usually in millimeters) determines the tone. The more the tone, the higher the resolution. Longer distances require less resolution display, while shorter distances require higher display resolution.

Beyond these guidelines, you can avoid disappointment and frustration, or as KC said, "getting ripped" by consulting a sign of professional experience to consider all the variables to your particular situation.
