How can I start making vinyl graphics for cars?

I wondered what kind of materials and supplies needed to begin. I'm not trying to mass produce anything, only a few stamps to start. Any contribution is appreciated. Thanks

First, we need some type of software for graphic design. A program for computer-aided design work, or something like Corel Draw. I am not sure of Adobe Illustrator. Want a program that "vector graphics. Then you need a vinyl cutter. It seems something like a plotter, except that it is a small knife instead of a pen.
